What printing services do you offer?
We offer a variety of printing services including digital printing, offset printing, large format printing (banners, posters), packaging (labels), Window Decals, Stickers, Yard Signs, Dust Covers, Blue Prints, custom business stationery (business cards, letterheads, envelopes), marketing materials (brochures, flyers, catalogs), signage, and more. We also offer promotional products, embroidery and apparel customization (t-shirts, scrubs, uniforms, hats, bags, drinkware). We also do laser engraving on a variety of substrates. We can also accommodate any custom printing requests!
Do you offer graphic design services?
Yes! Our team of professional graphic designers is available to assist with creating custom designs. Whether you need help with branding, layouts, or a completely new concept, we’re here to bring your vision to life. We also offer logo redraws and digitizing for embroidery.
What file formats do you accept for printing?
We accept multiple file formats, including PDF, JPG, PNG, EPS, TIFF, and AI. For the best results, we recommend submitting high-resolution PDFs, especially for projects that require precise color and detail. basic file structure for print must be output from your design software in 300DPI, for offset printing color profile must be CMYK, for digital printing sRGB.
Can I get a sample of the quality you produce?
We offer samples of our print materials upon request. This allows you to see the quality, colors, and finishes before making a full order. Feel free to contact us to request a sample! The easiest process will be for you to stop by the shop and see what we do.
What if I need to make a change after placing my order?
If you need to make changes to your order, contact us as soon as possible. If the job has not yet been printed, we’ll gladly accommodate changes. However, if printing has already begun, adjustments may not be possible or may incur additional charges.
What if I am not satisfied with the final product?
Customer satisfaction is important to us. If there’s an issue with the print quality or if the product doesn’t match the proof you approved, please reach out to us right away. We will work with you to resolve the problem, whether through a reprint or other solutions.
