By placing an order with Clark County Printing & Mailing, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern all print and related services provided by our company. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not place an order.

2. Orders and Specifications

  • All orders must be submitted in writing, via email, or through our website.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete details for their print order, including file format, quantity, specifications, and deadlines.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or reject any order if the provided information or materials are incomplete, inappropriate, or do not meet our technical specifications.

3. Artwork and File Submission

  • Customers must provide print-ready files, adhering to our specific file format guidelines.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the artwork submitted is correct, including spelling, colors, graphics, and content.
  • Any changes requested after a proof has been approved may incur additional fees.
  • We are not responsible for errors in the final product due to client-supplied files or artwork issues (e.g., low resolution, incorrect colors).

4. Proofing Process

  • A digital proof will be provided for approval prior to production. Clients are required to review the proof carefully to ensure that it meets their expectations and specifications.
  • Once the proof is approved, production will commence. Any changes made after approval may result in delays and additional charges.
  • Clients assume full responsibility for any errors after approval has been given.

5. Payment Terms

  • Payment must be made before production begins unless otherwise agreed upon for large or ongoing projects.
  • We accept payment via credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other payment methods specified at checkout.
  • If payment is not received on time, production and delivery may be delayed.
  • For overdue payments, we may charge late fees or suspend services until payment is received.

6. Pricing

  • All prices are quoted based on the specifications of the order, including material, quantity, and complexity.
  • Pricing is subject to change without notice. A final quote will be provided once the order details are confirmed.
  • Additional charges may apply for rush orders, special requests, design services, and changes requested after approval.

7. Delivery and Shipping

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on production time, shipping method, and destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or other external factors.
  • Shipping costs are calculated based on size, weight, and delivery location.
  • Customers must ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate. Any costs related to re-shipping due to incorrect address information will be charged to the customer.

8. Rush Orders

  • Rush orders may be accepted at an additional cost. Customers must contact us directly for availability and pricing.
  • Rush orders will be prioritized, but we cannot guarantee the same quality or turnaround time as standard orders.

9. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made in writing before production begins. Orders that have already entered production cannot be canceled.
  • If an order is canceled before production starts, we may charge a cancellation fee based on the work already completed.
  • Refunds will only be provided if the order is defective or not as per the approved proof. Refund requests must be made within [X] days of receiving the final product.

10. Quality and Liability

  • We strive to produce high-quality prints, but due to the nature of the printing process, there may be slight variations in color, alignment, and texture.
  • Customers acknowledge that there may be color differences between the proof and the final product due to monitor settings and print processes.
  • We are not responsible for minor discrepancies in print quality or color as long as they fall within industry-standard tolerances.

11. Ownership and Intellectual Property

  • By submitting artwork or designs to us, customers affirm they have the right to use and distribute all submitted materials, and they are not infringing on any third-party intellectual property rights.
  • Customers retain ownership of their intellectual property, but we reserve the right to use images of completed work for marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed.

12. Confidentiality

  • We are committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of all customer information, including business and design files. We will not share, sell, or disclose customer data unless required by law.

13. Force Majeure

  • We are not responsible for any delays or failure to fulfill an order due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, supply chain disruptions, or acts of government.

14. Limitation of Liability

  • Our liability for any defective work is limited to the cost of the defective product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from delays, errors, or omissions in the printing process.

15. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after any changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.
